Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of construction workers in executing project plans
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the job site
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a construction foreman
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of construction best practices and techniques
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Knowledge of pre engineered metal buildings and wood framing
